He is an experienced chemical engineer support us in developing the most effective products. Based in Gujarat, we have established a strong foothold in the global market.

 

Production Facilities:-

The Unit is well equipped with different types of Reactors, Centrifuges, Driers, Distillation facilities to carry out various chemical reactions like Esterification,  Diazotization, Oxidation, Reduction, Friedal Craft, Pressure reaction and more, to manufacture APIs of International Quality Standards which are well accepted in Local as well as in International Market, exporting more than 50% of production to various countries.

 

Manufacturing:-

We have developed a sound production unit in Gujarat. The unit is fitted with advanced reactors, centrifuges, driers, distillation facilities that foster us to carry out various chemical reactions such as esterification, diazotization, oxidation, reduction, friedal craft, pressure reaction and more. Our well-equipped production unit facilitates us to formulate products as par APIs of International Quality Standards which are well accepted in local as well as in international market. Along with this, our unit has SS Vessel, Filter Press, GCMS Machine, Vibro Sifter facilities, enabling us to maintain production capacity of 25 MT/month and 300MT/annum.

 

Quality Assurance 
We never compromise when it comes to quality of the product. We have a modern testing unit to carry out essential tests that guarantee the effectiveness and usability of the medical formulations. The quality control laboratory is equipped with sophisticated testing equipment like Spectrophotometer, HPLC, I.R, GAS CHROMATOGRAPH any others that enable us to achieve parameter of GMP & FDA & ISO 9001: 2008.
